§ 1. General provisions

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at weunite.pl (the "Site") and the terms on which WeUnite, based at ul. Gdyńska G/9, 80-340 Gdańsk, Poland (the "Service Provider" or "WeUnite"), provides services by electronic means.

Service Provider contact details: email info@weunite.pl, phone +48 537 732 320.

Using the Site means you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with its provisions, please do not use the Site.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Site — the website available at weunite.pl, together with all its subpages.
  • User — any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Site.
  • Lead / Form — the contact form allowing a User to sign up for a free consultation and website visualization.
  • Booking system — the built-in calendar that lets a User independently choose a time for a strategy call.
  • Services — the services provided by WeUnite, in particular: building websites with booking and payment systems, social media management, and business automations.
  • GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

§ 3. Type and scope of electronic services

Through the Site, WeUnite provides the following electronic services:

  • Providing the contact form (Lead) — allowing a User to submit their details in order to receive a free consultation and website visualization.
  • An automatic email sequence — after filling out the form, the User receives a series of emails (Day 0 / Day 2 / Day 4) containing information about the Services and an invitation to book a call.
  • A strategy call booking system — allowing the User to independently choose an available time slot and receive a confirmation and reminders (48h / 24h / 1h before the call).

The services listed above are free of charge. Any paid services (project delivery) are governed by a separate agreement between WeUnite and the client.

§ 4. Conditions for using the Site

To use the Site, you need:

  • refrain from any action that could disrupt the Site's proper functioning,
  • not provide third parties' personal data without their consent,
  • provide true and current information in any forms.

§ 5. Contact form and booking system

Filling out the contact form is voluntary. It constitutes an invitation to start a business relationship and does not create a binding agreement to provide services.

By submitting the form, the User consents to being contacted by WeUnite by email to present the offer and arrange a call.

Booking a strategy call through the booking system is equivalent to expressing interest in a free consultation. It does not constitute entering into an agreement for paid services.

WeUnite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booked call in the event of circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control, with reasonable notice given by email.
