1. What are cookies?

a) Necessary (technical) cookies
Required for the Site to work properly. Without them, key features — such as the contact form or the booking system — would not be available. They do not require your consent.

c) Language preference cookie
Remembers your chosen language for the Site (Polish or English), so you don't have to select it again on your next visit. It does not require your consent — it's necessary for the language switcher to work correctly.

3. Legal basis for using cookies
- Necessary cookies — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the Site works properly) and Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law — no consent required.
- Analytics cookies — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (user consent) — used only after consent is given in the cookie banner.

The Site may use third-party tools that may place their own cookies on your device. This applies in particular to PostHog (analytics). These parties have their own privacy and cookie policies — WeUnite has no control over the cookies they use.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy, for example in connection with a change in the tools we use or in legal requirements. A new version will be published on the Site together with its effective date.
